Kenan KILICASLAN was born in 1967 in Giresun, Turkey. He graduated from the Mechanical Engineering Department of Yıldız University in 1989 and completed his MSc in Mechanical Engineering in 1992. In 2007, he earned an additional master’s degree in Computer Engineering. He currently works at the Giresun Provincial Special Administration, where he has contributed to numerous major public projects.
