Kenan KILICASLAN
He was born in 1967 in the Tirebolu district of Giresun.
He completed his primary and secondary education at Karakaya Primary School
and graduated from Tirebolu High School.
In 1989, he earned his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Yıldız Technical University.
In 1992, he completed his master’s degree at the same university, receiving the title of Mechanical Engineer.
In 2007, he also completed his master’s degree in Computer Engineering at Beykent University.
Kılıçaslan began his professional career at a construction company, later worked at a PVC window
manufacturing firm, and subsequently joined Dizayn Group.
He also served as a Lecturer at Beykent University Vocational School, during which time and in the
following years he developed numerous engineering software applications.
Since 2013, he has been working at the Giresun Provincial Special Administration, where he has played
an active role in the design and construction processes of many public buildings throughout the province.
