Kenan KILICASLAN was born in 1967 in Giresun, Turkey. He graduated from the Mechanical Engineering department of Yıldız University in 1989 and completed his MSc in Mechanical Engineering in 1992. Additionally, he earned another master’s degree in Computer Engineering in 2007.
He works at the Giresun Provincial Special Administration, where he has taken part in multiple significant projects.
